@TurboTaxVeronique, I also sent in a claim under the accuracy calculation warranty and the package was delivered to TurboTax Returns Dept., 8 Spadina Avenue - Suite 1900 - Toronto, On - M5V 0S8. Canada Post tracking showed "Delivered to recipient's delivery partner" on April 4th. I have not received any confirmation of receipt. Please also send me the AG form you are referring to.
