@TurboTaxAniqua for me it's going to an old email that I used a long time ago, not associated to any account (TurboTax, Intuit, CRA, etc.). I'd like to talk to someone who could help me as well with this problem because I don't like the idea of my old email getting notifications from you when it's not even being used.
