T936 line 68140

Why doesn't the T3 info fill in line 68140 and 68150.  CRA will not accept the upload.

@Ticats232 If you are using TurboTax Desktop, updates were available this morning. Please make sure to update your software and check in Forms mode the T936 and amounts should report properly.

 

We tested it this morning and it's working.

Still does not work.  I even did a new return from scratch.  The info is there when you click on the 68140 box 15 but it still has 0.00 when you exit.  Just horrible.

Getting started

Anyone find a real solution to this?  Seems to be a TurboTax issue and not a CRA issue.  Canned responses are not helpful.  TurboTax software support is terrible

@queenelizabeth We can understand your frustration. We will post more information when we have an update. We're working on get this resolved with CRA. As soon as the issue is resolved, we'll post an update in this thread.
