My dependent doesn't need to file taxes as they did not make enough money yet I could not bypass this info with out lying on the form. That is what the tech support told me to do and I refused. Was on the phone with 2 separate techs for over 2.5 hours. Ridiculous. Finally used another software and had no issues and it was much much cheaper.
