I entered on Basic, & was offered upgraded Service for $70.00; since I agreed to upgrade, no help has been been visible, where are the live assistants?

How do I contact a live assistant?

Getting started

If you're using a TurboTax Live product, you can:

  • Select Live Tax Advice to connect with a TurboTax specialist.
  • Select Help to connect with the TurboTax Virtual Assistant.
