Hi. my last file tax was done on March 23 / 25 and i still have not yet receive the access code 8 characteristic.

I called cra, they said they don't have any form in mine so i need to contact to the assistant of the app.

it said:

We are sorry the CRA was unable to accept your NETFILE Tax return. ( in red)

 

1. Messesge from CRA:

CRA result code: 15 

Your account is locked. You need to contact CRA ( which i did called them and they said it's not lock and they find nothing in my file)

 

2. You have 2 options:

Try NETFILE again ( which i have try many many time and the results are the same)

Print and mail your return to CRA

You have 5 attempts to NETFILE your return. If none of those attempts are successful, then you are locked out of your NETFILE account. Only the CRA can unlock this for you.

 

Your NETFILE account is different from your My Account, which is not needed to be able to NETFILE your return.

I think i need to mail the return after all. thank you for trying to help and I appreciated your time.

If you are unable to resolve the issue after verifying your identification, for you to receive all the benefits and deductions to which you are entitled and to verify our validations, the Canada Revenue Agency needs you to file a paper return and attach all pertinent slips and receipts.
