What is the current build of TurboTax you are on? I also suggest ensuring that your Windows is up to date before running any updates for the TurboTax software.

To check the current build, go to Home > About TurboTax from the top right panel.

If that doesn't work, you can uninstall and reinstall TurboTax by using this link: Download TurboTax
