I paid for turbotax 2022, but it is not working on my mac running OS Catalina. Also, I didn't get a licensing number and I cant access my downloads.

When I hit account settings nothing happens. I do have my order number, but didn't get to copy the licensing number. I just dont want that $30 to disappear completely.
