Did you buy the software directly from us or from a 3rd party retailer? 

Hi Susan.  I bought it directly from Intuit through your website.  After posting the original message, I did find a link (https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/turbotax-support/en-ca/help-article/taxation/get-refund-turbota... - I'm posting in the hopes it will help someone else 😀) for refund which I submitted.
