@Sandymck1348 Unfortunately, we do not have access to your license code on our end that was purchased from a third party.
If you used TurboTax Desktop, you will be asked to log in to your TurboTax/Intuit account when you install the software. If you log in to the same account that you used when you first got the code, the code should be listed, and you just have to choose it.
If that doesn't work, you can call customer support with proof of purchase (receipt) at 1-888-829-8608.
They are open from 9 AM to midnight ET for English support so they can assist you.
