I suggest uninstalling the program and reinstalling it using this link: Where can I get the Desktop edition of TurboTax?

 

For installation issues, make sure you are following these points:

 

Make sure that Windows is up to date.


You have administrator rights on the profile on which you're installing TurboTax.

You are not trying to install on the cloud.

Turn off your antivirus software and Windows Defender before installation and turn them back on after the installation.
