Are you in the USA or Canada? I believe this is the Canadian Community board.
I have a Surface 3 (circa 2019) using W10 too. No problem installing Turto Tax "STANDARD" for 2025. I had a choice, W11 or W10 and selected W10.
Looks like things might be different for US TT users.
