Are you in Canada or the USA? IF you're in Canada did you install the W10 Extended Service which should be under Settings,/Updates & Security in the Menu on left side of your screen.
My "Windows Update" shows W10 is up to date as of 3 pm today. I have Updates for W10 ON and above the W10 updates is a the MS banner "W11, Version 25H2 is ready - and it's Free" sales pitch which I ignore.
Further down it states "Your PC is enrolled to get Extended Security Updates".
