Please confurn that sharing Turbo Tax with family members involves violating the number one rule of online security.

From other locked threads I have determined that there is no longer a way to install TurboTax Desktop without linking it to a personal account, but if you want to share the license with family members who have their own computer you also need to share the account, violating the very first rule of online account security which is "Do not share your account details with anyone else."

Could someone official please confirm this and explain why Intuit is encouraging their users to violate the most basic of online security best practices?

Furthermore, I would want to know what Intuit legal thinks this does to the enforce-ability of the Intuit account terms of service.  Intuit claims no liability for any loss incurred by someone else using my account, even with my permission.  But seeing as Intuit has designed the system to REQUIRE the sharing of an account in order to get full access to the software that we paid for, going against the most basic of online account best practices, thereby increasing the user's risk.  This could quality as wilful negligence thereby making Intuit unable to disclaim liability against losses suffered due to this policy.
