Is it possible to claim union dues from a T4 slip, using TurboTax Free version, or do I have to upgrade to TurboTax Deluxe?

Getting started
Both mine and my wife's were in our T4 but the online version forced us to upgrade no matter what.
Can you please reach out to me to diagnose what happened here because this isn't right.

Getting started
You can claim union dues in TurboTax Free as long as they are included in Box 44 on your T4 slip.
-
Sign in to TurboTax.ca.
-
Go to the Income section.
-
Select T4 – Employment income.
-
Enter the information from your T4 slip.
-
If your union dues appear in Box 44, enter that amount exactly as shown.
TurboTax will automatically transfer the amount to Line 21200 (Annual union or professional dues) on your tax return.
If the union dues are already included in Box 44 of your T4, you can claim them using TurboTax Free and do not need to upgrade.
-
If you have additional union dues that are not included on your T4, you would need to add them separately under "Union or Professional Dues," and this feature may require TurboTax Deluxe.
Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
