It depends on your preferences. 

If you have a Windows PC, and want to work with the actual forms instead of answering interview questions, then TurboTax Desktop is your best option.

If you want a convenient, easy way to do your taxes, or you don't use Windows, then use TurboTax Do It Yourself (Online). You won't have the option to edit the forms directly, but you do get PDFs of your returns stored for up to 7 years.
