I'm sorry to hear of your loss.
Are you using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Do It Yourself (Online)? Did your wife own a Principal residence?

Getting started
Form T1255 Designation of a Property as a Principal Residence by the Legal Representative of a Deceased Individual is not available in TurboTax Do It Yourself (Online). It is available in TurboTax Desktop (for Windows), or you can download it from the CRA's website and add it to your wife's return. As she has passed away, you'll need to print & mail her return. You can still NETFILE your own return, though.
You'll also need to prepare your returns separately. If you stick with TurboTax Do It Yourself (Online), when you transfer your return it will ask about any changes during the year, including if one of you passed away. You can then choose to continue by transferring either your return or your wife's. You can start a new return to do the second spouse.
