Exactly this! A DLL problem should be super easy to fix but they just don’t want to do it. I finally just asked for a refund and bought UFile. Worked well even though I had to learn a new interface. Too bad as I have been using TT since it is first offered as Quicktax. I have informed my siblings and friends to move to UFile as I support them with their TT and simple tax issues. It is REALLY weird that TT would want to lose customers over this. Oh well.
