Assist and review option selected, but later program crashed

I paid out of my credit card for assist & review, then allowed the software to contact CRA for income information. This took a long time to the point where the window dimmed, indicating the program was about to crash. I restarted the program, and now while I have purchased Assist & Review, with an emailed receipt to prove it, it is now asking me to pay again for the service after re-running TurboTax Standard (desktop version).
