Unable to see messages from accountant with Full Service Deluxe 2025
Just got off our call with the accountant (very nice and helpful BTW) to prepare our 2025 taxes and they mentioned they would send us questions through chat. I couldn't see where that was on my screen. She sent a test message but we didn't see anything.
Laptop with Windows 11, running latest Chrome browser.
Went into settings and allowed pop-ups.
I did get an e-mail saying there's a message waiting for me. I clicked the link and signed in but this is all I see. I have no idea what the message says.

Thanks for the quick response. I just tried using Microsoft Edge and it looks exactly the same as it does in Google Chrome.
Would it be possible to have a call tomorrow sometime after 10am Eastern time?
