I purchased Turbotax 2025 (ONLINE VERSION) by mistake assuming that it would function the same as in past years but it is completely frustrating to use.
I apparently should have purchased the DESKTOP VERSION but none were available at the Walmart store where I purchased it, only the online versions.
How do I get the DESKTOP VERSION that I'm assuming functions the same as in past years?
