I was not aware that I was being upgraded to a paid version. I would appreciate your help in refunding this charge.
I was trying to use the free version, but I was charged for Expert Assist. i kept clicking 'continue' following the system's prompts, but at the very end, a Warning appeared and tried to lead me to claim the FHSA. Even though I chose to 'Ignore' it, I still ended up in this situation. Could you please process a refund?
