Yes, if you are using TurboTax Online and you've bought a multi-return package, you can use your returns for family & friends. You just need to prepare the returns in the same account where you entered your activation code.

Our friends are sharing their multi use program with us.  How do I need to sign in to do our taxes - under their account or under my own account?  Can I sign in on my own laptop?

@gibmardick The TurboTax Online (DIY) licence code can only be used once per account and cannot be linked to a second account. You would need to sign in to their account to prepare and file your return.

I signed into their account on my laptop and entered the code for their multiuse program, but it won't accept their info and allow me to continue.
