I am unable to access "My Account" with CRA; can't log in -get a full screen of computer code

There is a complete screen of code like this (just the 1st first paragraph) HTTP/1.1 200 OK

Getting started

You can import data from CRA from TurboTax, but you can't use Turbotax to log directly into your My Account.  You would have to do that through the CRA website.
