I got an official tax receipt from TD Asset Manegement Inc., and its called TD Comfort Balanced Portfolio, contribution type -Regular. Where i have to enter the amount ?

This sounds like it could be a receipt for an RRSP contribution. This would be indicated some where on the document.

It doesn't say on the document anything except account # (Mutual Fund RSP - Personal). It is few dollars only and I honestly don't know where to add this amount.

If it is a year end statement of account for the RRSP it does not get included on the tax return.

I don't think it's a year-end statement, it says"During the first 60 days received the amount $** in payment of your contribution for the taxation year 2017/18." One part of this slip says" Attach to Federal income tax return" and second part - "Attach to Provincial tax return."

Then it is a deductible RRSP contribution for 2017 and should be included on the tax return under the RRSP tab.
