I don't think it's a year-end statement, it says"During the first 60 days received the amount $** in payment of your contribution for the taxation year 2017/18....

It doesn't say on the document anything except account # (Mutual Fund RSP - Personal). It is few dollars only and I honestly don't know where to add this amount...
