In this section:

“Returns, allowances, and discounts
Did you enter your total revenue above before factoring any returns, discounts or allowances? Enter the amount for those deductions.”

---> Is this asking for the costs of operating my business? How can I know what the deductions or returns are until the whole return is done?

I have entered total revenue, but this is not the net - I had costs.
Do those get entered later?
