Yes, you can claim property taxes on your tax return.
In order to do this follow these steps:
- Sign in to your tax return
- On the top-right of your tax return click the magnifying glass that says "find" beside it
- In the search bar type Property Tax and click Go
- You will be brought to the "Payments Related to your Principal Residence" page.
- Besides the Payment type, dropdown menu select property tax and fill in the remainder of your information
- When you are finished, click Continue to save your information
