If you live in canada in 2021 but got employment income from the US and already paid income tax to IRS, why CRA still double taxes you?

You shouldn't be doubly taxed as Canada and the US has a Tax treaty. Please make sure that you enter your information under foreign income (since you have employment income from the US).
