Can I claim rent if I paid a split to the building owner and don't have receipts?

I had an space inside another business that I used for my business but I paid a split percentage of sales for the rent. Can I claim what I paid if I don't have receipts?

Investors and rental owners

You would need to have receipts, or some other proof that you paid this amount to be able to claim it as an expense.
