I am trying to declare myself as day trader and if I am not mistaken, section under investment income would ask me if I am a day trader, but I dont see this. I am using desktop version.
I loaded all of trade details, and then it moves following sections: do you know your capital loss carryover amounts?/Did you receive a Form 2439 for 2022?/Any straddle or section 1256 contracts?/Incentive stock options
So I feel like I am lost here, because typically question asks me if I am a day trader, but I cant seem to find anywhere. Can someone educate me where can I declare this?
