Hi. I have the same issue.
I am using Turbotax Premium CD version. Currently Turbotax will apply the standard 4% CCA on my class 1 rental property (I can see that from the generated CRA submission form, my property get depreciated by 4%).
I can't find the place where I can force write CCA to 0%.
I checked the CCA option in the first page of rental property section. Yet there is nothing there where I can overwrite to force 0% CCA.
I then unchecked CCA option but Turbotax keep applying the 4% rule
