@arebel Does the 'Taxable amount' on your T5 (Box 25) match Line 12000 on your Tax Summary?
Check the information below:
If they match: The software is working correctly. The user is just seeing the "taxable" version of their dividend, which is always higher than the cash they received.
If they don't match: There may be a double-entry error or a technical glitch where a slip was imported twice (once via Auto-Fill and once manually).
