I don't think you actually "hear us". I'm long time in software development and I can tell you that no, it's not that complicated that 6 years later you can't provide more lines for the T1135 form. These tap-dancing responses of "I hear you" is just a slap in the face to your users - the people who have been loyal while the software falls behind competitor products. Either you're planning to implement or you're not. Any company without a software roadmap for enhancements is doomed. Looks like it's time for this long time user to find a different product for next tax season as it's clear that you don't truly value loyalty.
