Please see the link below from CRA to advise on what restrictions apply for NETFILE - review the link and advise further if needed. To the section that states "You can’t use NETFILE to file your tax return if" review the "other restrictions". There are several factors that will stop you from Netfiling, you may fall into one of those categories.
