I own a rental property with my husband 50/50. Do I fill out the Rental Property section with "all" the income and expenses or just half? My husband is shown as partner
TurboTax will calculate your portion (and your husband's portion if you're preparing your returns together at the same time ) based on your percentage of ownership.
