Yes. YOu will have to prorate the expenses based on the size of your working area. 

For example; if the total space of your dwelling is 2000 sqft and you use a space of 100 sqft while she uses 150 sqft:

• your expenses = total expenses x 100/2000
• your wife's expenses = total expenses x 150/2000

You use the same ratios to claim CCA.
