Entering a t5013 and asked for fiscal period dates but can't get dates acceptable. What am I doing wrong as I used the dd/mm/year format

Please delete everything that you have in both the From & To Fiscal period boxes. Then re-type them only using numbers. Both dates must be within the current tax year. So, if you are preparing your return for 2020, both dates should be in 2020. Ex: 01012020 to 31122020
