Charged incorrect amount by TurboTax
I received an email from TurboTax with a 40% discount offer. I opened the link and signed up for both me and my wife for the "Full service Self-employed" plan. It was only after the payment completed, that I realized TurboTax charged me $250/user instead of the advertised $150.
Looking through the community forum, this seems to be common practice by TurboTax where it offers huge discounts, but doesn't apply them at checkout. What can I do to get my refund?
