The issue is most likely with the CCA portion. I just scrolled to the bottom where it asks for CCA info, pressed the trash can beside any info there and continued on and it let me submit without errors.

I have the same thing and I can’t file my taxes.  It seems like turbo tax can’t differentiate between short term and long term taxes.

Blank out any values in any short-term rental fields. Save the return. Go back to rental summary page where you select checkboxes. Do not check the bottom checkbox. Go through your rental revenue/expenses pages - do not enter any values in any of the short-term rental fields (if you only have a long term rental). Then, IF you get the non-compliance CCA screen appearing, do not enter any values, just click "continue".

What did you have to do? I'm trying to follow the instructions above, but keep getting the same error and can't file.

For me, I had to blank out any values in any of the short-term rental fields, for each rental property. Then go back to report summary screen and make sure the last/bottom checkbox is not checked off. Then page through your revenue/expenses screens, and then IF you get the non-compliance CCA screen, do not enter any values - not even a zero, in any of the fields, just click "continue".

IF that doesn't work, I suggest deleting all your rental properties completely, and re-enter them, making sure not to enter a zero anywhere you want a zero - leave them blank instead.  If you get the non-compliant CCA screen appearing, dont enter any number of days for compliant, even though there is a field for that, leave it blank.

I gave up and filed my taxes with Wealthsimple.  There was no problems like Turbotax has with long-term rentals.  And it only cost $28. I won’t struggle with Turbotax anymore.
