I believe you are referring to the Educator Tax Credit; once you have completed the Profile Section of your return, you will use the FIND icon, type in "Eligible Educator School Supply Tax Credit", this will open the screen you need to enter in your amount. The maximum allowed is $1000.  

Alternately, it is found under the Deductions tab -  drop down to Other Deductions - Eligible educator school supply tax credit.
