I have (for years) a home office that I use only for business purposes (self-employed). I recently started renting office space at a different location. Can I claim both?

Self-employed
Yes, you can claim both. You can claim your business use of home if you are still using it for business purposes. As for your space, you are renting - In the expense section of TurboTax you will claim that as rent.
