Special OAS $500 payment

T4a(OAS) does NOT include (as of today) the $500 payment issued in Aug/21.
Where is this to be reported on Turbo Tax?
Questioned earlier today but not answered to my satisfaction. This affects all over 75 years of age!!!!!
