Turbo tax won't let me claim my Tuition tax credit. When I enter my tuition amount from Form T2202 ($7,377) it shows 0 can be claimed? Why is this happening?

The tuition credit is non-refundable. This means you only get it if you need it to reduce your taxes owing. So, if you don’t have taxes owning, you won’t get the credit. If you only have some taxes owing, then you'll only get enough tuition credit to reduce your taxes to zero.
