I input the tax withheld from my OAS into 2 places. how can I get back to the original long form to remove one of the the amounts? Canadian form

You can go to the menu on the left side and click on Income then T-slips then click on T4A(OAS) Old Age Security. You can now click on edit the information then click Continue or Done to save your changes. The long forms cannot be viewed in the Online software.
