Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online? Why are you trying to enter a negative value?

Why are you trying to enter a negative value? Are you on the deduction limit screen or someplace else?

I'm on the screen called "What's your RRSP/PRPP deduction limit?"  My RRSP deduction limit for 2023 is -$6019 so I need to enter a negative figure.

You would enter a zero as you can't enter a negative amount.
