Make sure that you have all 15 numbers in Box A, and the number of tenants in Box B (at least 1).

I had the same issue, what resolved it was inserting the dwelling number in small letters

My dwelling number this year is different than previous years. I have not changed my address or anything. Is this normal ?

We suggest that you contact Revenue Quebec, as your dwelling number usually stays the same.
