Thank you for your reply; however, it's not my (our) question.
I know how my son can transfer part of his tuition because we made it the last year. Also, I know he only can transfer max $5000.
The question is he is over 18 years old. He is full-student. Based on the some specification on the web site he can't be my dependent because he is over 18 and he doesn't have a dissability. So, can he transfer part of his tuition (Max $5000)? If so, then we have to include him as dependent or not? Becaude if I can't add him as that how I can claim that trasfer? Or Can't he transfer his portiom of tuition to his parents?.
