I have an eligible loan repayment to add in other deductions on my income tax but can't figure out which line to use?

If you need to access Line 23200 – Other deductions, then you can use the search bar on the Tax Home page and search for "Other Deductions".

Thank you for your reply. While I can appreciate that this is the exact line that the deduction needs to go under unfortunately, when using TurboTax program, we do not have the ability this year to locate a specific line. Therefore, when I go in the other deductions tab, I have a variety of pre-populated options, but none that seem to fit interest repayment on a loan. The closest I can see is shareholder’s loan amount paid back but I know that this is incorrect…I wish TurboTax would bring back the old format where one could do a search by tax return line and manually enter the amounts wure they need to go…

If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, there is the option to enter an amount for a deduction type that's not on the list.
