British war disablment pension being taxed in Canada, i have been trying to find the artical on the treaty exempting war disablement pension. 100% tax free in the UK.
I read that beuase its a disablement pension its exempt. Please help as i am thinking i got this wrong and CRA are now asking why its exempt
